Terms of Sale:

• Net 15 days from date of invoice. Open account charges will be made only to School Corporations (School Boards and Townships), Parochial Schools, Public Schools, Colleges or Universities, or to firms with a credit rating. All others send check with order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

• To protect your interest... we require all products be inspected for damages before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred it must be noted on the freight bill before signing. We then can file a claim with the carrier to assist you. If, however, damages are not noed then our responsibility ceases when the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

RETURNS:

• Phone or write our sales department to request a return goods authorization and shipping instructions. Items must be returned prepaid in re-salable condition. Special order items are non-returnable.

FREIGHT CHARGES:

• All items are priced FOB point of origin. Wherever possible we ship via UPS. All other items are shipped motor freight. Freight slightly higher in Hawaii and Alaska.
